Clean, modern and as advertised. Good value for money, prompt response from host when messaged. The third bed was a sofa bed but very comfortable as had an extra mattress topper. Lots of shops/eateries within about 2 mins walk and train an easy walk also.
There were only 2 bath towels for a booking of 3 people and the TV did not work, to be fair, I didn't message at the time about this. The largest bed was smaller than a standard double.
