For a group of 4 adults and 2 children we had plenty of room in the villa. No major complaints or anything that bothered us too much, just few small things we pointed out and need fixing. Kitchen had good range of tableware and big enough fridge/freezer. The pool was nice and close by. Early October the temperature inside was pleasant, though AC didn't appear to blow much cooling during day. The area is nice and quiet, short walk downhill to the beach and a café/restaurants. Nice lookout/attraction, Rocca di Manerba, is also within walking distance. Great private underground garage with access directly inside. Car recommended for easy access to shops etc. and checking out surrounding areas around the lake!

No grill outside and some small things (mostly worn in use stuff) that need maintenance/fixing in the future.

House was ideal for our family group. Easy to find and exactly as described. The friendly Sara met us at the property and gave us the relevant instructions. Underground private parking was also included. House was warm and everything was clean. Great location to explore the lake and surrounding cities. We didn't get to use the pool as it was a little too chilly but it looked well maintained.

We could not find a lighter for the gas cooking hob, sockets were sparse upstairs
