The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic — you simply take the elevator down and you’re right by the ocean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient.
The pool area is beautiful, with warm water, and the entire property is very well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with everything we needed for our stay. There were four of us, and we all felt very comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place.
The security staff at the entrance were a little rude, and we had to wait longer for check-in than the stated time, even though we had asked if it would be possible to check in a bit earlier.

when I arrived and how to transfer tourist fee which I could not via mobile, but the agency could take it from my account.
It was very difficult to find out how to collect keys I had no information on this at all even I asked several times. When I arrived to Madeira I called the agency, luckily I saved their numbers.
I received all the videos what to do what not when I arrived and how to transfer tourist fee which I could not via mobile, but the agency could take it from my account.
1 key using the elevator to beach for a family of 4 is not enough
Gym was okish, not the best

The pool was amazing and it was only a short stroll down to the beach using the lift where there were lovely walks and little beach clubs to enjoy a drink and sunset! There was a supermarket directly across the road for convenience and 10 min stroll to the shopping centre and lovely restaurants
It was our own fault but we didn’t read the check in instructions correctly - the lock box was actually at a different location to the apartment so having to get a round taxi trip at 3am to collect the key AFTER arriving at the accommodation was not on the bingo cards but it was luckily a short 10 min drive away. Just read the instructions carefully!

La situación y los exteriores: jardines y piscina.
También que todo estaba nuevo y funcionando correctamente.
El sofá cama era poco cómodo y pequeño para dos personas. Que no haya cambio de toallas ni toallas para la piscina durante la estancia.
