The property is modern and well maintained.
The only thing is with the property being dog friendly I found it to not be very secure for my dogs as the grounds are open with no secure fence so I couldn’t leave the doors open and let my dogs in and out without being on their leads.

Great property. We couldn’t suss the hot tub and the owners were brilliant at helping us understand how to get it working. Great communication. Clean and tidy. Great location straight off the motorway.
Struggle to find on the first day as postcode doesn’t work. But they gave instructions on how to find. Slightly difficult if driving and trying to read instructions. Would personally give postcode for the hotel at top of lane and directions from there.

A great stay at Orchard Cottage, relaxing, lovely rural view and immaculate condition. We will definitely be back!

Lovely house with everything we needed. Great location to explore Gretna Green and the surrounding area.
Quite close to M74, but that is just a very minor issue as the windows and doors blocked out the vast majority of traffic noise.
