The unit was quirky and cute. The unit I stayed was on the 2nd floor.
It would not be suitable for families with little children. There was no landing - basically you opened the door from a top step used to reach the apartment.
The unit was very bright, comfortable and warm. The town was great. There is a market on Wednesdays. It was very easy to get a bus to Mt St Michele and the tourism office is right across the street.
Breakfast was not included. But there were plenty of cafes and boulangeries in the town.
Nothing really, but just be aware that you would need to exercise caution when climbing the steps and managing your luggage and perhaps not be too tall, as it was an attic apartment.
