The property inside was quite good.
The balcony overlooks the rooftops, which are covered with a huge amount of pigeon droppings. There are also many birds around the building, leaving droppings on the balcony and throughout the surrounding area.
The smell coming from the nearby restaurants is quite strong, and unfortunately, there is a rock bar directly below the balcony that plays extremely loud music until around 3 AM. As a result, we had almost sleepless nights during our stay.

The apartment was very clean with a nice beach view, the location is simply amazing just across the street from the beach and situated on finikoudes promenade directly in the old market which is a must see in larnaca, walking distance to the best attractions, mackenzie beach is also very near, you can walk to ermou street where there is also some nice restaurants and pubs.
The apartment had everything we needed and the host were very helpful and friendly, they changed the fridge and got us a new one grey fridge very nice.
Its defenitely centered in the heart of larnaca, recommended stay and of course we will be back.
