Loved the lemon tree and the hot tub. Host was the best helping with recommendations and fresh baked treats on arrival.

A/C unit leaking condensation.

Beautiful property. Lovely garden area with sea views. Easy walk to the beach. All bedrooms had en-suites which was a plus. Anna was a great host, very helpful and attentive. We had such a wonderful time at Villa Teresa - would highly recommend.

Very nice property! New, very clean and comfortable. House is designed for outdoor dining and lounging. *Host* Super nice, very quick to respond; pings you every day, provides useful information & a complimentary concierge-style service. *Location* Located on a hill with multiple terraces and fabulous views overlooking the sea - Amazing sunrise & sunsets. *Bathrooms* Modern, Clean and Excellent. *Bedrooms* Bright and comfortable. *Living & Dining* No living/family room; only a dinette in the kitchen. *Kitchen* Small but functional. *Laundry* Washer only; No dryer. Clothes have to be sun-dried outside.

None of this is host’s fault but posting for awareness: *Transportation* Public transportation is a real hardship if you don’t have a car - Buses don’t follow schedule of once an hour, always full and so don’t stop (@Stop 10). This is a real problem - you end up wasting a lot of time or spending a fortune on taxis (who will rip you off). Again, there is nothing really the host can do about this - She is very helpful to organize private taxi if you ask ahead. *Access & Outside Premises* Lots of bugs, esp. millipede. As with most houses in the Amalfi Coast, the house is on a hill - Access to the house from the main road is a steep climb via 3 flights of stairs (a total of 53 steps) with multiple landings - very hard for elders especially after a long day of sightseeing and Not easy with heavy suitcases. You have to stand on the narrow & very busy main road to open the entrance gate - felt hazardous.

La casa era grande amplia, hermosa limpia y muy bien decorada ! Excelente
