What a lovely place. The studio is beautifully and modernly furnished, spacious, and practically brand new. Clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very welcome upon arrival (the small gesture on the bed was such a nice touch!). The location is super central – just a five-minute walk to the town center. And not unimportant: affordable! In short, highly recommended for a stay in Épernay.
f there are people sitting in the garden, you can hear them clearly in the apartment. The rules clearly state that it should be quiet after 10 PM. As long as the guests downstairs stick to that, you won’t be disturbed.

Bed is best klein.
