The hotel is placed in Uchisar, which is a little bit quieter than Goreme. Having said that it was a walk away from a quaint small town. The hotel was clean, well decorated and easily accessible. The pool was also nice.
The staff were super friendly and the views were incredible. Breakfast was DELICIOUS!!!!!
Note: you have to specifically ask for your room to get cleaned and its easily and quickly done by the staff (this was the experience of other friends as well at different hotels).
Secondly I felt the hotel restaurant was a little bit pricey but this was the case with many of the hotel restaurants outside of the main town.
Other than this the hotel was lovely.

Every single detail from the professional staff to the clean room and also the great breakfast.
I think the pool should be heated as during our 3 nights we couldn’t use it as the weather was kinda cold or windy

Nothing of note, maybe the view of the balloons in the morning
It purports to be a “Suite Hotel” which it isn’t, the room size was disappointing and the “balcony” was just the walkway to get to the rooms on that floor.
