Centrally located and spacious. We liked being on the top floor, with the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Roma. Our host, Emanuele was very friendly and helpful.
A coffee machine would have been a nice extra.

Beautiful apartment, lots of room for two people. Very well taken care of, clean and cozy. Working with the property manager was easy, he was available for any questions we had.
There is no elevator in this historic building so renters must be prepared to carry heavy suitcases up 93 granite steps (~6 floors) when you arrive and carefully back down when it’s time to leave.

Location and spacious.
I wasn't aware of the 5 flights of stairs to carry suitcases that weigh 25kg's. Also, we had some European wasps come into the room which was annoying.
Carrying suitcases will not suit the elderly or unfit people.
