Location was quiet and great location
Room wasn’t clean. Shower screen, towels and table dirty not wiped down. Cockroach in bathroom.

Convenient location and a very friendly, efficient and helpful host Gary. Room was surprisingly spacious and the beds very comfortable. Basic amenities but still very good value for money. Close to town and the beach and right across the road from the club and restaurant.
Property is a little rundown, however it is in the process of being updated. Considering the price, convenience, location and friendliness of the host though, I was quite happy with my stay and would come again.

Jordans Customer Service was amazing!! I checked in late, and his support and above and beyond assistance was greatly appreciated.
Rooms were spacious and had all I needed.

The location was good. It is a cheap budget motel and there is the old adage "you get what you pay for!" It has some potential. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. When you have a good nights sleep it is a reasonable motel but in all fairness to other older travellers I could not recommend it.
It looks and feels old, tired and unloved. Reception desk is unmanned most of the time and requests for a rubbish bin and help opening the door to the balcony were ignored. The shower leaked all over the floor and no bath mat was provided, No chairs or table provided in the room. OK for backpackers but discerning grey nomads not so good. To make matters worse the owners/managers reported to Booking Dot Com that I had not paid when I had in fact paid the motel directly which caused my wife and I some unnecessary anxiety.
