Spacious. Each room has access to its own bathroom. Clean. Separate dining and lounge areas. Design. Availability of books.
No facilities for recycling.

Location was ideal for the university.
Bed was very comfy.
There were no instructions for anything in the house.
Keys were in the lockbox by the back gate and not the first lockbox which wasn't clear on the instructions.

Good location. Spacious. Homely feel.
The main issue is that the property is badly in need of a thorough deep clean. The surfaces are generally grubby. The shower room in particular was quite mouldy.
