For my it was just a short stop on the way to Tirana but definitely need to come back and explore more. The place will great for families, clean, tidy. Quiet location, few mins walk to the sea, restaurants and bars.

Great view and nice balcony to chill
AC was quite ok
In the end for the price it is mostly ok
Nothing against the property but we should have listened to the comments about very steep road leading to the place - at times we barely made it by our rental car. Also bad idea if you have a child with a stroller - it is crazy steep.
It was not clean, you can see it was made to look clean from far, but bathrooms especially were not really cleaned properly.
