1- سعة الشقة وجمال الإطلالة.
2- وجود شطافات في دورات المياه.
3- المطبخ شبه مكتمل الادوات.
4- غرفة غسيل ملابس متكاملة.
5- توجد غرفة نوم بدورة مياه معزولة تماماً عن باقي الشقة.
6- يمكن النزول بالدرج لشاطئ الكامبس بي.
1- عدم وجود موقف رسمي للشقة، لكن لم تكن مشكلة كبيرة لإمكانية الوقوف على الرصيف القريب ولا توجد زحمة.
2- الدرج أثناء حمل الحقائب، حيث أن الشقة على مرتفع ومستوى الشارع أعلى منها.. تحتاج للنزول تقريباً 20 درجة، ولم يكن متعباً بشكل كبير.

The property itself is super, it has everything you need with a style. It is super clean and fantastic views.
Cleaning lady was nice and cleans very well. Check in and check out was smooth.
The villa is actually located on steps no direct access to the street without 14 steps. Also no private parking.

We really loved the property. It was spacious, clean, and exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the property provided everything we needed, from kitchen supplies and bedding to all the essential amenities. The bathrooms were spotless, and we especially appreciated that they had bidets (شطاف).
The views were absolutely amazing and impressive, and we loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, in addition to an extra bathroom in the living room. There was also a laundry area with everything needed for washing and cleaning, which was very convenient.
Both the front yard and backyard were very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the property. We also felt that the villa had a high level of security, both when leaving the property and while staying inside. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were very impressed with how clean, spacious, well-equipped, and secure the property was.
The only downside of the villa is the stairs, especially when going up and down while carrying luggage. They can be a little difficult and uncomfortable to navigate, particularly for older people. Other than that, everything else about the villa was great, and we had a very pleasant experience.
