Location, AC everywhere, space to accommodate large groups
Kitchen is a bit below the level of the rest of the apartment

When we got there the property manager buzzed us in. The main keys were available on the table. The property was 10/10 on cleanliness. The area was great - you could walk to everything.
There were no toiletries which is ok - it just wasn't clearly stated beforehand.

location (excellent, right in front of the sea), size of bedrooms and communal area - lots of space! balconies.
Steps in weird places (tripping hazards) Possible solution: motion sensor lights or glow in the dark tape near steps.
3rd floor but no elevator (other people might have heavy bags or small children).
Could have used a washing machine, some decorations, a clean kitchen sponge, more tea towels, just a few more things in the kitchen, soap in the bathroom etc.

Wonderful view from the terrace. It was very clean.
It was bare bones. We had to buy toilet paper. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels to clean anything up.

"Posizione fantastica proprio sopra due stabilimenti balneari (non c''è sabbia lì, ma ci sono le scalette per fare il bagno), c'è un chiringuito a 50 metri, proprio sul mare, per una fantastica colazio..."
