Location is very good except for the fact that the house number is difficult to find, because all the houses seem to have even numbers and you have to walk right to the end until you reach the very short section that remains with odd numbers.
Getting in is easy, owner was available by phone, kitchen and bathroom well equipped and a nice area with tables to sit at next to the kitchen.
Handrails and non-slip mats in the shower are a real plus for older travellers.
I would return on another trip.
The room would have been better with a chair to sit on, and another power point.
The towels could be a bit less rough.

Petite chambre fonctionnelle. Lors de notre séjour la salle de bain et la cuisine partagées étaient très propres, mais je pense que cela dépend vraiment des autres clients. Nous avons pu nous garer sur le trottoir gratuitement, très pratique. Il y a la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dans un café à 5min pour 8€, mais nous ne l’avons pas testé car la cuisine étant bien équipée nous avons fait nos courses. La localisation permet d’aller à pieds au port ou au niveau des commerces.
L’établissement pourrait être un peu modernisé, surtout les portes des chambres et de la salle de bain car cela fait du bruit, notamment si on va aux toilettes la nuit.
Pour l’arrivée, il faut les appeler seulement au moment où vous arrivez car ils vous ouvrent la porte d’entrée à distance pour récupérer vos clés.

La ubicación y la habitación.
El aseo es compartido y no tiene medios para cuando te duchas que el agua no salpique afuera, creo que deberían poner una mampara y arreglar cerraduras. El precio es elevado para lo viejo que es… si invirtieran un poco el precio estaría justificado.
