Overall, it is a good apartment. It really looks like the photos. The best thing about this apartment is its location: everything is close by (the lake, the beach, cafés, and a supermarket). Also, Marcelo was very responsive and replied very quickly on WhatsApp. It was clean. The apartment is located in a good building with security. It was quiet inside the apartment. There was a lot of natural light.

The downsides for me were the following: 1. The apartment has 3 sleeping spaces and 2 wardrobes, but I only found 2 hangers… There are so many unnecessary decorative items in the apartment, but only 2 hangers. I was very disappointed. 2. I would have really appreciated a kettle, as well as a capsule coffee machine. 3. I only found 2 medium sized towels and 1 small towel. Considering that tourists most likely go to the beach and take showers after, more towels are really needed. 4. I was not planning to cook, but if I had wanted to, I don’t think the kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking. For example, I couldn’t find a large knife for cutting fruits, for example. The stove runs on gas and also needs to be lit with matches.
