Die Lage ist einfach nur toll!!! Vom Balkon aus sieht man zun Meer. Das Meer ist zu Fuß wirklich nur 100-150 Meter entfernt. Der Strandabschnitt hat auch einen wunderschönen Sandstrand und alles war sauber, was für viele Stadtstrände nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine top Neubau-Wohnung mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Mit ausgezogenem Sofa ist zwar nicht mehr viel Platz zum Laufen, aber stört absolut nicht. Das Schlafsofa ist top neu und perfekt zu bedienen und kann jederzeit schnell ausgezogen und wieder zusammen geklappt werden. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Und die Möbel auf dem Balkon haben wir auch sehr geliebt.
Auch der circa 10-15-minütige Fußweg zur Altstadt war perfekt.
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bei Anwesenheit. Aber auch das ist nicht schlimm, weil sie sehr gut funktioniert. Sobald man heim kommt, kann man zügig runter kühlen.

Everything was wonderful for us, the apartment was very comfy, with everything you need for a family of 3-4 people. It was clean, everything was like new, with a nice modern design, the terrace is pretty big and comfy too, really nice for your morning coffee. The owner was responsive and very kind, and Mary was very sweet and helpful with every information we needed and great recommendations to have a great time and good food in Alghero, her English is also very good and you won't have any hard times communicating with her if you're lacking Italian. The apartment is very well placed, especially for people who do not want to rent a car, you are close to pretty much everything. The bus stop from the airport is 50m away, two supermarkets, restaurants, luggage storage, bikes, scooter and car rentals, all at your fingertips and everything else at a reasonable walking distance, we thought we will use the bus a lot more, but it wasn't the case cause everything was so close and more enjoyable by foot. We can whole heartedly recommend that you stay at A due passi dal Mare if you visit Alghero, you will love it, and we will definitely come back again.
We did not find anything that we didn't liked.

Świetny apartament, blisko do morza oraz do restauracji. Znakomity kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu oraz z Panią menadżerką. Bardzo polecam
Brak ściereczek kuchennych, które były dość potrzebne przy pobycie z dziecmi.
