Very clean
Hot water went out. Management was aware. Stairs were steep.

I really appreciate great customer service and clear communication, and the host absolutely came through for me during my stay. They were responsive, helpful and easy to reach whenever I needed anything, so a big thank you for that.
The location is also excellent, with restaurants, shops and other amenities very close by. The apartment itself is well equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

"Great location right in the heart of Central London's posh Marylebone neighbourhood. Everything is very walkable with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it's easy to get everywhere in..."
