Loved the location, the apartment facilities, and how clean everything was. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t fault it and would book here again.

An elevator would be a great addition to the building, especially for guests with luggage.

La cura dei dettagli

Nulla

Very spacious with a huge living/dining room area and bedroom. Staff were responsive to initial issues during check in. Communication was via WhatsApp as there didn’t appear to be a dedicated area where they are onsite. Clear instructions given prior to check in. In a great location in the middle of Sorrento and surrounded by all shops and restaurants. Very close to the train, bus and port for any transport. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t use the kitchen facilities however there was a big fridge and cooking area which would be great for a longer term stay.

On arrival, the door was quite difficult to open however assistance was provided quickly. A video included in the check in instructions would be very helpful. Water pressure was quite weak in the shower. Quite a lot of stairs to bring luggage up so wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Amplio moderno limpio

Eran 4 pisos sin elevador. Eso es terrible.
