Very nice flat - well laid out and equipped

Parking is small and will not fit a large car. Parking was blocked by another car so we couldn’t use it No aircondition

Une des chambres est proche d’une route assez passante. Par temps caniculaire, difficile de dormir avec la fenêtre entrouverte et le ventilateur est bruyant mais l’appartement est très agréable dans l’ensemble pour découvrir Colmar

We only stayed for one night, but it was truly a unique and memorable experience. We absolutely loved the secret room — it was such a fun and special feature that made our stay even more enjoyable. The decoration throughout the apartment is beautiful and creates a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Colmar and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to stay here again in the future!

beautiful apartment, good location, nice parking although extremely tight

While the apartment itself was nice and the location was convenient, there were several shortcomings that affected our stay. The unit lacked some basic necessities. There were no cleaning supplies available, only one trash bag was provided for the entire stay, and our party of four was given just one bath towel per person with no face towels/ washcloths provided. Although the beds were comfortable, the pillows in both bedrooms were extremely disappointing. They were more like soft decorative cushions than proper sleeping pillows and did not provide adequate support. The apartment includes a washing machine, which is helpful, but there is no dryer. This made it difficult to wash and dry towels in time for continued use, especially since only one towel per guest was provided. The location is good; however, it is quite noisy. Because there is no air conditioning, sleeping with the windows open is necessary during warmer weather. As a result, we could clearly hear traffic and pedestrians on the street well past midnight, often until around 12:30–1:00 a.m. This was also a safety concern for me, as I was traveling with younger children and did not feel entirely comfortable leaving the windows open overnight. If you are only staying for one or two nights, these issues may be manageable. However, for longer stays, it is frustrating to pay a premium price for an apartment and then have to purchase basic supplies such as cleaning products, trash bags, and other essentials that most guests would reasonably expect to be provided. Overall, the apartment has potential and is well located, but better amenities, improved bedding, and attention to guest comfort would significantly enhance the experience.
