Really great kitchen. Fine bed. Nice location right in center of town. There are 4 rooms all with double beds. We booked the twin room but got one normal double bed (preffered actually but confusing.) Was hesitent to book due to the not so positive reviews but it was the only place available and was really quite fine :) stayed two nights, cooked in the kitchen chilled on the beach.
It is on the first floor near the road, but isn't a huge problem as we sleep with earplugs anyway.

Nothing. No breakfast. HMO. Not much to like.
Pretty much everything. Hot, no working fan in room. Room next to a very busy road, People walking past room talking very loud at 2am. Got little sleep. A total nightmare and last place we stayed on our road trip. Had to share bathroom and kithchen with others. Never again.
