Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and all the essential amenities provided, including towels, tea and coffee facilities, and air conditioning. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to Chowpatty and about 7 minutes to the temple. Considering what it offers, it's reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it, especially at ₹900-₹1,300 per night, depending on the season.
The rooms do not have individual geysers, as hot water is supplied through a central heating system. As a result, you may need to let the water run for a while, or fill and discard a couple of buckets, before it becomes warm. The water never gets particularly hot, although this is unlikely to be an issue unless you are visiting during the colder winter months.
