There is secure parking, a nice big bathroom and the place is clean and well managed.
There was a bit of confusion with the parking spot - we were told by other residents that the parking spot number given to us by the manager was wrong and we were parking in a private spot. But there was plenty of space, not this was not a big issue.

It was just a place to sleep while attending the airshow at La Ferte Alais. Nothing to especially like.
The room was very small, amenities so so. The "Bed" is actually a reclining sofa that is not very comfortable. It's very hot in the summer, no fan or any ventilation. The "room" is bed + kitchen all in one. The toilet is so-so.
