Really convenient for the town centre. Had everything we needed. Our host was kind enough to allow us to store our bicycles safely in the hallway / kitchenette.
No major downsides really. The only minor thing was the shower / bathroom was in one of the bedrooms, so your group should be well acquainted. Fine for family etc. This is offset by the additional toilet next to the kitchenette 😄

Location was fantastic. View of church was lovely. Not too far from car park.
Whole place a little shabby. Bed in living room was small squeeky and very uncomfortable. Wouldn't take much to improve but difficult to recommend other than location and convenience.
