Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this home/building. Per building regulations, guests who bring undisclosed pets may be subject to eviction. For those traveling with pets, several boarding facilities are available throughout the Panhandle. - Only one of the communal pools is heated. - Guests must register directly with the community office. If guests arrive outside of office hours, they must register the following morning once the office reopens. - Two beach chairs and one umbrella are available seasonally (March 1–October 31). Guests will need to check in with the beach booth staff for setup. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Parking Details: - Covered parking is available in the garage below the units. - Overflow parking is available at the adjacent covered overflow parking lot. - A parking pass is required for each vehicle, including golf carts and scooters, at a cost of $40. - Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Living Room / Sleeper sofa --- This is a smoke-free property. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
