Walk one minute to mall

The location was good and the room itself was comfortable. The rooftop bar was definitely the highlight for me – the atmosphere was great and the food was excellent.
Unfortunately, the overall service was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. There were several issues during my stay, and the Netflix app on the TV did not work at all. Although the staff tried some basic troubleshooting, the problem could not be fixed during my stay. For an accommodation that advertises Netflix, this was particularly disappointing. Overall, the service and support could definitely be improved.

Location, comfort, safety and convenience. Cheapest luxury you’ll get in Bgc
Bonus washing machine
Everything was good.

Good location to get to BGC high street and surrounding areas.
No servicing during stay, bins weren’t emptied in apartment, toilet roll wasn’t replaced etc. the cafe/bar closes between 4 and 6 so you can’t get anything between that time. Also terrible communication with host, I messaged a couple of times about different things and got no response at all.
