Location was great for us and loved the beds which were very comfy. Large size shower was nice and newly refurbished kitchen. The board games and puzzles at the property were great entertainment for our little one.
Only one sofa in the lounge, could've done with another.

Extremely clean and comfortable for a short stay. Mattresses were very good.
The check in and check out times were both a little restrictive. It would have been helpful to have had more flexibility although we did manage to get a slightly later checkout. The blinds in the bedrooms did not black out the light so additional curtains would be helpful.
