Easy accessible location, rooms sizes are okay, good for short stay.

1) Hot water issue if one of the bathrooms is busy resulted in delays for remaining members. 2) Few furniture broken which is hazardous for the visitors such as small tea table -Glass broken, one of dining chair broken needs repair 3) Accommodation was given for 8 x people however only 4 x drinking glasses were available, on request received remaining glasses on last day of stay. 4) Additional bedding - top sheet is missing, instead we used blankets. 5) Gabage disposal delay - All day-to-day garbage was stored in front of the property in plastic bags. (inviting cats to eat any waste food). 6) Noisy old air-conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms (on first floor) - needs replacement with silent operating unit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Luxury 3 BHK Villa, and I must say—it truly lives up to its name. The villa is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained interiors, spacious rooms, and a luxurious vibe that makes you feel at home instantly. What made the experience even more special was the host Rohan . He hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across—extremely polite, responsive, and genuinely caring about the guests’ comfort. From smooth check-in to ensuring every little detail was taken care of, he made our stay effortless and memorable. The property is perfect for anyone looking for a premium and peaceful stay in Baner. Whether it’s for a getaway with friends or a family stay, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended—this is truly a royal luxury stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
