Location and bed, parking was fine, yes could be tight to get in off drive way but ample room for our two cars.
It was not as clean as I would like it to be vacuum was full, crumbs in draws and the sink down stairs was not as clean as it could be

Location was great, right on the seafront and not too far to walk back to the main Brighton area (shops, pier etc). Also having a free parking space was a big plus for this property.
Car parking space is quite small and is the first space inside the park area so it is not easy to actually park your car, or to get out! If you have a large car then this might be a problem. But it is doable and is a free park place is a big plus for this area where parking spaces are difficult to find and can be expensive.
