look, sometimes older buildings just need some love. high winds made the building a bit noisy at night but on the whole it’s a great spot

Very well appointed, good cooking facilities, comfortable beds, very clean, nice extra touches such as a free bottle of sparkling left for us. Great proximity to beach, very accessible with minimal stairs. Very responsive host who was quick to address all email correspondence and who received our one very minor complaint about broken shutters with poise and reassurance.

The master bedroom ensuite had no door. That lack of visual (and auditory!) privacy was a bit uncomfortable.

Cute spacious apartment, 20 second walk to the beach and nice bars and that aren’t much further away. Showers were nice and the beds were super comfty, the couch in the living room was huge and there was plenty of living and dining space. There’s a coffee machine in the kitchen and nearly every room in the apartment has nice views, plus there’s a little outdoor area with plenty of seating. Nice TV with a few streaming services on it, was really lovely to rug up on the couch and watch Netflix at the end of the night. Kristy did her best to honour our requests and we were stoked with the service and the presentation, there were no unrealistic cleaning expectations- just pop the dishwasher on- and checkin and checkout were easy as could be. Overall it was a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay there again. My partner also loved it and our friends who met us here before we went out did too!

The ad on booking.com mentions a hot tub, there may be one in the apartment block- I didn’t actually look- but the apartment does not have one. Also I didn’t mind that it was a ground floor apartment, but that isn’t specified in the ad. Overall no complaints about the apartment, just the ad :)

The whole place felt like it needed a good clean. Lots of things were falling apart. The decor was dated.

The unit is located on the car park. There were bras left outside on the clothes airers. The ensuite was the smallest I have ever seen.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, stylish and cosy & is really well cared for. Great communication with host. Location is excellent, across from the beach, cafes & restaurants & next to a park.
