The ceiling was cool. Having the market outside was nice and made it easy to find our way back to the apartment. The AC worked well in the June heat!
The address on booking.com was Santa Maria Novella, 50123 Florence, Italy. This is NOT the address of the apartment. We made the reservation thinking that it was a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and it was not! Once we got the actual address of the apartment, we had another 14 minutes to walk to get there which was not fun with all of our luggage. You also need to go up 2 flights of stairs because there is no elevator.

The central location.
It feels a bit run down comparing to the photos. The bed spring mattress was old, thin and sunken. Quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The broken coffee machine was only changed on the last day.
