The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, especially Kennedy, who handled all of our activity bookings and transportation seamlessly so we could just relax. They were incredibly helpful and flexible with offering program suggestions if needed, and the hotel's location is wonderfully quiet while remaining close to town.
The transfers between activities can occasionally experience minor pick-up or drop-off delays. Because of this, it is best not to schedule back-to-back activities too tightly together.

- ideal central location for Victoria falls
- restaurant and breakfast onsite if arriving late and need dinner
- $5 transfers with hotel to Victoria falls as there is no uber in town
- pool is refreshing and nice as was 38.C when we went in September
- nice staff
- The air conditioning worked fine but was a bit on weak side on full speed
- On our first night there was a powercut all night so lights and AC turned off. Powercuts common in Zimbabwe . Second night no problems
- No fan in room

A good breakfast
The room was tired/outdated. Lack of furniture in room and bathroom. Appliances fridge and TV were past their sell by date and barely funtional.
