Self catering so breakfast not applicable, nice size close to town and local amenities and supermarkets, very clean with clean bedding and towels, decent size shower. Ideal for a stay on the island and easy to get to all the coastal towns around the island, only 3 static caravans on site so was peaceful. Site next to lakes and I imagine ideal for anglers. Best if you have your own transport but there is a bus stop at the end of the drive and bus service seems regular. For us it was ideal for our purposes.

Maybe some seating or garden furniture outside and maybe an airer to dry towels etc. Could be provided. Some leaflets for local attractions could be helpful for first time visitors to the island.

It was basic but functional. It was well located and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

Sadly there was a horrible smell in and around the property. The hot water didn’t work for parts of the stay, although the host was quick to respond to support. Not all the crockery was clean. There were many mosquitoes and we’ve all been bitten throughout the night (appreciate this isn’t anyone’s fault!)
