Amazing spectacular views, location fantastic, wonderful place to stay with our family.

It was beautiful, great location. The penthouse apartment was amazing, spectacular views. We loved it and definitely stay here again.

It would of been good to have extra towels and also to have some condiments salt, pepper & some coffee pods for coffee machine.

Staying here was a nightmare. Do yourself a favour place your hard earned money and rent elsewhere.

The views were nice and location was good. Allowed a late check out of 2 hours.

Staying here was a nightmare. An official complaint has been initiated through Booking.com and is on their property page.Found a used condom and packet in the back of the couch( brother was looking for keys). The uncleanliness of the unit was apparent from the start, rubbish by the fridge, oral medication packets which had been opened, Faeces in the toilet, toothpaste spit on the tap in the bathroom. dishwasher was full of glasses and fridge was unclean. Half the lights did not work and there are no slip strips on stairs and being black, we all slipped on them. Told by management they did not have to put them there as private residence( Not private if renting out to the public). Oven and coffee machine did not work, does not have cooking trays for oven, Not enough bedding for tenants and was not set up. ( Only enough bedding for 8 people) yet took the money for 10 people knowing they could not accomodate them. Curtains in main bedroom do not close so sunlight shines in eyes in the morning. Absolutely no instructions on how to work Air- con( separate systems for upstairs and downstairs) or microwave, coffee machine, oven. No containers to keep food fresh, not even so much as some cling-wrap there. Holes in carpet and staining. Poor communication from management and did not act until formal complaint made to booking.com. Wasted a lot of time from my break to sort out issues and place is second rate. Better off paying for a self contained apartment or hotel which is a quarter of the price. Not worth the money.
