Casa 1 Mai

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night to be located close to the Transfăgărășan road and start our trip early in the morning before the heavy traffic started. It so happened that our family (occupying 5 rooms) was the only group of guests on the property that day. We received a very warm welcome from the host (who is also the owner) and got all the help we needed, including permission to use the kitchen fridge for our drinks and a bottle of homemade wine :) We also opted to have breakfast prepared for us at the time of our convenience, which was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Curtea de Argeş is a great base for reaching the road, offering several excellent dining options and attractions worth a short visit.

The air conditioning was not available in all of the rooms. Eventually it was not very hot at night and was pleasant.

Everything

There’s nothing you cannot like.
