The flat is superb. It has been renovated recently so everything, carpets, walls, flooring. windows, kitchen, bathroom, beds and furniture are new. The TV is connected to wifi so Netflix YouTube etc are available The sofa and beds are very comfortable. The latter are larger than the usual UK double bed and have soft pillows. The kitchen is well equipped though we only had breakfast. Although the flat is on a busy road, the windows kept out the noise. There are blinds on all the windows. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away so it’s very conveniently situated. There’s room to park which is useful.
As seniors we would have found a shower mat and a grab rail in the shower very useful...they are a good idea for all ages. The rental fee is high but you do get a high standard of accommodation for the price.

Goede locatie, makkelijk bereikbaar, privé parkeerplaats.
Goede voorzieningen, zoals beschreven.
Washing machine works fine, would be nice if they add a dryer, since there is ample space in the closet.
Apartment was stone cold upon entrance (outside temp was 11°C), and the heaters could not really get it to heat up quickly like the brochure says. After 1 day the temperature was livable and suitable for drying clothes.
Poor shower pressure, just a tiny 8.5kW electric shower. The temperature is good, only quite low pressure and very short hose.
There is quite a lot of noise from the road inside the house.

Very comfortable, clean - everything is new
Cold when we first arrived - please put the heating on for a hour or two before a visitor arrives
