We stayed at this hotel for a few days and had only positive experiences.
Room: Clean, cozy, and bright. Crisp white linens, a comfortable mattress for a great night's sleep. The bathroom has everything you need: soft towels, toiletries, and a powerful hair dryer.
Service: The staff is very polite, friendly, and ready to help with any questions. Check-in was quick.
Location: Very convenient, easy access to major attractions and public transportation.
We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends!

The manager was extremely helpful as I had issues with Yandex app and he sorted a taxi for me. And also sorted train ticket to Khiva.
Bring your earplugs, it can be noisy outside until midnight. The room is basic, smell in bathroom.
Would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea/coffee.
Think it is expensive for what you get apart from management help
