Neatness
Too many protocols but it is good for safety

Very clean, had a fan (as I was there during summer), an online guidebook for things to do in the city and house rules! Even though I didn’t meet the hosts in person they were pretty friendly online
Not much actually it was great

Superb hosts and a great place to stay
Not a moan here, they were great hosts, so these are just suggestions to improve things.
Door numbers only cost a few quid, don't use post it notes.
Fantastic bathroom, poor lock. Put a nice lock there. 👍🏻

Like the bed. Comfy
Pillow was too hard. No heating available. Noisy guest upstairs. No handwashing liquid. Bin in kitchen under sink FULL AND SMELLY. Fridge got expired food in it. Tea and coffee provided but no milk might as well didn’t have anything couldn’t make myself a beverage. Bathroom vanity draws full of rubbish not be cleaned very very dirty inside the draws never been wiped or cleaned very dusty. Mat in bedroom has stains. Keys don’t easily up doors needs WD40 or inspected so that when you turn the locks it’s not much effort to open it so fidgety

"Staff puntuale nelle indicazioni, anche se da remoto. La struttura è a pochi passi da un supermercato aperto anche di domenica, fornito anche di distributore automatico per bevande da colazione.
