Triple garden view hotel

Perfectly located, with a friendly and highly professional staff.

The service at this hotel was excellent. It honestly felt like staying in a five-star hotel. From the cleanliness and service to the way they treat guests, everything was outstanding. The location is beautiful and very safe. The entire staff is wonderful and always happy to help, sure I back again thanks for Mohamed in reception 😊👍

Nothing

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and extended our stay here longer. It was comfortable, clean, safe and enjoyable. We would like to give special mention to the staff, particularly Hannah, Omnia, Mohammed and Amani. They were very welcoming, hospitable, friendly and helpful towards us. The hotel is very lucky to have such good decent and down to earth people working for them. The area is very safe and you can walk around at late night without worries, as there’s lots of security due to the nearby embassies in the area. The hotel can also include breakfast which is tasty and clean, and there’s a nice balcony area where you can sit, relax and eat. I recommend to try the feteer meshaltat with black honey. You can also opt for a suite with a kitchen, and balcony views. We got good quality sleep at this hotel too which is a major positive too.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay. Fairly calm compared to downtown Cairo.

They gave me a room different than the one I booked, and after 3 days I was asked to change my room as someone would you use the room!! What a mess !! The second room I moved to was not clean.
