The location is great. Quick, flat walk into town. View of the Remarkables from the living room and patio is fabulous. Kitchen had the basics we needed for our family of 4 and meant we didn't need to eat out for every meal.
No windows or natural light in bedrooms was the only negative but not really a problem. Makes for a good night's sleep at least.

Well kept and within walking distance to main city area

Easy to access in a great location close to everything Queenstown has to offer and offered beautiful views. Had all the things we needed in the apartment which was warm and cosy with super comfy bed. Secure carpark a bonus.
Bathroom and kitchen facilities look a little tired. Kitchen floor damage has potential to give a very sore toe when barefoot. Didn’t detract from overall enjoyment of the property though.

Location was great
There was a loud running water sound from back bedroom. Which was loud enough to keep my daughter and myself awake at night.
Both bedrooms had no windows.
Bathroom looked like it had water damage recently.
