The apartment we stayed at was in a fantastic location, in the very heart of Covent Garden, meters away from excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and pubs. The unit was spacious, clean and functional and the support staff from the agency incredibly engaging, rapid and supportive.
The only negative was the noise from outside in the morning. Due to the location, we could hear the garbage trucks disposing the trash from the various restaurants in the laneway.

So much space! The kitchen facilities, TV. Perfect Location! The bathroom was brilliant. Dishwasher and washing machine facilities were excellent! The coded doors was great especially for safety concerns! Very Modern and well designed!
The wifi wasn’t strong. The windows were unable to be opened which was hard when it was warm but there was fans provided which was a good help!

Very clean, great location, easy access and very comfortable. Shower had great pressure, despite the flat being on the third floor. We didn’t realise there was a lift until day 2 of the stay, but glad we discovered it! We loved that we could bring our dogs.
Kitchen did not have kitchen towels (tissues) or a cloth to wipe the table and counters but this is very minor and the only negative thing I can say!

The location. Close to two train stations Covent garden and Charing cross. Right in the middle of London theatre district. Excellent shopping and heaps of restaurants everywhere
The stairs! We were on the 3rd floor.
Made taking our suitcases up and down a little challenging
