The location because it’s near our family home.
I understand that the building is old. But the the shower area was so small, the showerhead of the room we stayed in was broken and the bathroom mirror was not cleaned. They will only provide you with 2 pillows and only a quilt cover without the quilt as a blanket.

Staff is accommodating and helped me to bring my things.
No elevators and mirrors are not cleaned. Near high way and hear the noise

"clean plain and simply minimalist aside from the fact that it is accessible to all types of land transportation"
