Nearby to a lot of things in Birmingham. Warm in the flat, quiet area, spacious inside.
The flat was not that clean. I'm not picky but there was noticeble areas that needed to be cleaned. Underneath the toilet seat smelt, toilet roll looked like it had been dropped on a wet floor, hot water went cold one day but me and a friend managed to fix it ourselves with a few different buttons. No bin bags in the apartment apart from the ones that were in the bin. No cleaning supplies to wipe things down.
