Nulla! Nada!

The apartment we stayed in is wonderful, in a good location, close to the airport, the city, the beach and the supermarkets. It is a very spacious apartment, nicely arranged with a kitchen and all necessary appliances. Very cozy, comfortable beds, sofas, garden furniture, as well as beds around the pool. Everything is clean. The host , Enrique, was very kind and made an effort to make us feel at home. We carry wonderful memories of Alma Atlanica and will recommend for nice holiday home.

The pool is not heated and can only be used if you’re okay with cold water. If you’re looking for a heated pool, don’t book here—you won’t get warm, even if the heating system is on.

When it rains, water seeps into the property from outside. There is also no privacy, as CCTV cameras cover all areas, including the swimming pool. Although the owner is not physically present at the property, he monitors everything remotely through the cameras and watches every movement, which is uncomfortable and inappropriate.
