The location is strategic for me

It’s close location to many services including city centre.
I booked online for a studio, only to be told later after confirmation that I would go to Cascadia, a further place than I wanted.
There were no pictures or any details of Cascadia at my time of booking. It felt like being duped.
I couldn’t change at that point. I ended up paying at the studio rate for a 1-bedroom and couldn’t have breakfast whole week.

I really enjoyed my stay at Greenland Serviced Apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and everything was well organized.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and they made sure I had a smooth and pleasant stay.
The location is also convenient for getting around Kigali. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the good service.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Kigali.

Location
Situated on the ground floor so the view advertised is not experienced. It does not have a full sized mirror and an intercom telephone. Apartment floor was not very clean on check in day
