It's very new and clean, and conveniently located for getting around Old Town —within walking distance of all the shops you need. The host, Adnan, is very responsive.
Please be aware that the small kitchen includes a small stove for cooking, but it doesn’t have a microwave or oven. I didn't cook even once during my five-night stay, as all the restaurants are nearby and the food is generally tasty and affordable.
