Excellent location, spotlessly clean, just what our family needed to see the city.
The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for everyone to get washed. Washing machine also was very handy with a quick 'refresh' cycle.
The sofas were new but very hard to sit on. We didn't watch the TV, but if you sat on the sofa, you could only see it from the side.
It would have been really useful to know where and how to dispose of rubbish (a simple printed note on the wall would have sufficed).
I would have liked to have a couple of t-towels to dry the dishes and something to clean the bath after use. As a tourist you don't travel with cleaning products and seams mad to be buying them just for a few nights.
