By confirming the reservation, it is understood that all guests have read and accepted this information.
👥 OCCUPANCY, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT
Only the people listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
In Quintana Roo, Airbnb hosts are required to request official identification from guests to comply with local safety regulations and the State Tourism Registry (RETURQ). It is mandatory to submit official identification for the person named on the reservation and all accompanying guests prior to arrival. Failure to submit identification may prevent access to the property.

🕒 Check-in: starting at 3:00 p.m.
🕚 Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
🚫 Visitors and additional guests are not permitted.
🚫 Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy limit may result in fines of $1,000 MXN per additional person per day, as established by the condominium regulations, which must be paid by the guest.
🚭 COMMUNITY, SAFETY, AND RESPECT
To maintain a peaceful environment for residents and guests:
🚫 Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
🚫 The use, possession, or sale of drugs is prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund and a report to the authorities.
The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the property, nor for the loss of guests’ personal or valuable items.
🔕 Quiet hours
9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
During these hours, the following are not permitted:
Loud music
Horns
Karaoke
Excessive noise in the apartment, on terraces, or in common areas
The following are also prohibited:
Running, skating, or riding bicycles in hallways and stairwells
Placing objects, plants, clothing, or decorations in hallways, balconies, railings, or windows
Disposing of trash outside of designated trash areas
Cooking or using grills on balconies or terraces
Accessing rooftops or throwing objects or cigarette butts from them
If the noise or behavior disturbs neighbors or residents, security or the condominium management may request eviction without the right to a refund.
🌊 NATURAL CONDITIONS OF THE AREA
Due to the high humidity and salinity resulting from our oceanfront location (≈90%), rust may occur even on stainless steel materials.
This does not affect any essential services during your stay. However, there may be visible signs of rust in some areas.
Rust is a natural condition of the environment and is not grounds for a refund.
Additionally, since we are in a tropical area, occasional insects may appear despite periodic pest control treatments.
🛋️ APARTMENT CARE
We ask that you treat the space with care and respect.
Do not move furniture or remove items from inside the apartment
(water jugs, containers, amenities, etc.).
Avoid sitting on furniture if you are wet, covered in sand, or have sunscreen on.
Do not hang damp clothes on light fixtures, furniture, or balconies.
Air conditioning
Use only with doors and windows closed to prevent moisture and mold.
Before leaving the apartment:
✔ Close doors and windows securely.
⚠️ Report any malfunction or damage immediately.
