OS Hotel

I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. Room was pleasant and beds/bedding amazingly comfortable but shower had hairs on the wall tile. Sink very slow to drain and shower diverter from handheld to overhead non functional adding to bathroom unpleasantness. The Gallery on main floor was a missed opportunity. It takes up valuable lobby space without offering anything to overnight guests. The hotel’s caliber warrants a lounge/lobby space especially since the food hall next door closes at 9pm and the on-site restaurant does not have a bar/lounge rendering guests delegated to hotel room after 9pm unless willing to go offsite to hang out. The Gallery space could easily serve as an excellent lounge/lobby as well as a private meeting space available to rent out. Last oversight was zero covered area at entrance/exit. A covered walkway from front entrance to parking garage or even just door to street would be very convenient for coming/going during the common downpours in the area.

The bed is very comfortable. I walked to everywhere I was interested in going. Including the Charnley/Norwood House about a 45 minute walk.

OS Hotel was beautiful, clean, super convenient to downtown amenities, and the staff was incredible friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in town!
